Student Assistant, Transport Management

Job summary

This position involves supporting the Transport Management team in the planning and coordination of international vehicle transportation across Europe. The role offers hands-on experience in logistics and process management within an international organization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree or about to start a master's degree.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain an overview.
• Capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
• Curiosity and motivation to learn about logistics and international processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and monitoring vehicle transportation across Europe.
• Follow up on transport times, processes, and ongoing transports.
• Identify and help resolve challenges related to transportation.
• Utilize internal process management tools.
• Support the Transport Management team with various administrative and coordinating tasks.
• Provide additional support during peak periods, holidays, or absences.

Skills

• Interest in logistics, transportation, and international processes.
• Experience with administrative or coordinating tasks is a plus.
• Familiarity with systems, data, or process management tools is advantageous.
• Experience in an international organization or working across cultures is beneficial.

Education

• Relevant bachelor's degree or master's degree in progress.
