Job summary

The role involves supporting the Global Talent & Organisational Development team within the People & Culture department of a global company. The Student Assistant will engage in various administrative, coordination, and project tasks related to global initiatives in talent and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with at least 2–3 years remaining in studies.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive, structured, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support global learning initiatives and onboarding activities.
  • Manage communication with participants, external providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in practical planning, prepare materials, track participation, and follow up on activities.
  • Build and update online content in SharePoint.
  • Contribute to key team initiatives and projects related to leadership, learning, engagement, and performance.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different countries and functions.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree program.

Tools

  • SharePoint for online content management.
