Student Assistant, Strategy & Portfolio Management (Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Strategy, Portfolio & Partnering team within Digital & Technology, focusing on strategy execution and portfolio management. The position offers hands-on experience in a global organization, assisting with leadership communications and business analysis.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (IT, Business Administration, Business Development, Economics, Engineering, or related field).
• Ideally starting a Master's degree or with at least one year remaining in studies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus.
• Experience in project coordination or management is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for portfolio reviews, covering strategic initiatives, risks, and dependencies.
• Create content for Townhalls, leadership events, and executive communications.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and co-run bootcamp sessions for new joiners.
• Conduct business analyses and present findings to various audiences.
• Support change and transformation activities, including tracking adoption.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks across functions based on interests.
