Student Assistant (Strategy and Transformation, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Group Strategy team in their mission to drive strategic projects and transformation initiatives within the organization. The position is ideal for students eager to learn about strategy development in a practical setting while working closely with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant program such as business administration, economics, or engineering, ideally in the final year of a bachelor's degree or starting a master's program in H2 2026 or H1 2027.
• Available to work approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility around exam periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with specific tasks and deliverables under the guidance of a project lead.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and desk research, contributing to business cases and initiative prioritization.
• Collect and structure data from various sources, maintaining trackers and overviews.
• Prepare and quality-check presentations and materials for management and senior executives.
• Document meeting notes and follow up on action items.
• Support practical coordination and continuous improvement of team processes.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for structuring information and identifying patterns.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, or willing to quickly develop proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable collaborating in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Advanced fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Education
