Student Assistant – Sales Excellence

Job summary

A student assistant is needed to support the Pipeline and Lead Management team within the Group Commercial Excellence department, based in Hedehusene. This role involves optimizing sales processes and enhancing commercial impact through data analysis and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant master’s program (e.g., business, economics, marketing, management), preferably in the first year.
• Experience or exposure to commercial excellence, sales excellence, or commercial project management.
• Proven ability to deliver commercial results through process improvement or campaign support.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to manage smaller tasks and projects.
• Advantageous: experience with Ad-Tech platforms, CRM systems, or reporting tools like Power BI.
• Proficient in English; Danish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in optimizing sales processes such as lead management and opportunity follow-up.
• Analyze marketing and sales performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Create clear presentations and visual narratives to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to enhance sales platform operations.
• Document capabilities and best practices within Sales Excellence.
• Lead engagement initiatives related to Commercial Excellence.
• Handle administrative tasks including invoicing and expense tracking.
