Job summary

This position is for a Student Assistant in the Products & Innovation Strategy & Execution PMO, offering hands-on experience in project and portfolio management within an international company. The role involves supporting senior management and product teams, providing insights into project execution, and developing management processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently in the final year of a bachelor’s degree or starting a master’s degree in technology or business administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Organized and capable of managing tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and service-minded with a focus on solutions.
  • IT proficient, with a willingness to learn new systems; experience with PowerBI and project management systems is a plus.
  • Advanced communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Product Category Teams with reporting on project execution performance.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop project and portfolio management processes.
  • Design and maintain reporting and communication platforms.
  • Update and manage data in the project portfolio management system, acting as a Super User to support other users.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
