Student Assistant (Operations Strategy & AI Adoption)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Operations team in strategy governance and AI adoption initiatives. The Student Assistant will engage in various activities to enhance operational efficiency and promote AI integration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Innovation, Business Development, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Interest in AI, digital transformation, and technology's impact on work processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategy governance and execution within Operations, including tracking strategic initiatives.
• Plan and execute AI adoption activities, such as Hackathons and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Create and maintain content for the AI Adoption community, including presentations and learning materials.
• Support the planning and coordination of leadership meetings, preparing relevant materials like slides and agendas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with a knack for creating structured materials.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with individuals at various seniority levels.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to take ownership of tasks.

Education

• Enrollment in a Master’s program in a relevant field is required.
