Student Assistant (Key Account Management)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Key Account Management team by assisting with various tasks related to partnerships with retailers in the Nordics. The position offers hands-on experience in commercial coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or have just started a master’s degree
• Strong Excel skills are advantageous
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working with data and digital systems; experience with SAP or similar tools is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional Nordic language is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal stakeholders to meet customer requests and deadlines with necessary materials and information
• Support the biannual master data registration process by preparing key materials such as planograms, price lists, order sheets, and data templates
• Conduct assortment and catalogue analyses, identify root causes of data issues, and maintain accurate product information in SAP
• Update trade plans by brand and campaign
• Maintain distribution changes and new store openings in SAP
• Communicate changes to launch dates, product codes, and pricing between brand teams and customers
• Coordinate point-of-sale marketing materials between brand teams and customers
