Student Assistant – IT Project Coordination

Job summary

This role involves supporting a significant IT upgrade project focused on migrating to Windows 11 within laboratory and production environments. The position offers hands-on experience in project management within a highly regulated pharmaceutical setting, collaborating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Interest in IT systems and digitalization in regulated industries.
• Strong coordination skills and a proactive approach.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders across different functions.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in project management, Windows operating systems, Computer System Validation (CSV), GMP/GxP, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is advantageous.

• Help inventory and assess Windows 10 devices.
• Ensure project activities comply with validation requirements.
• Experience in project management within a global pharmaceutical company.
• Insight into IT infrastructure and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) and compliance.
• Opportunities for cross-functional collaboration across IT, Production, Laboratory, and Quality.
• Experience in stakeholder management in a regulated environment.
