The role involves collaboration with ERP consultants and management, focusing on ERP PI Planning, Release and Test Management, and internal communication.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a BA or MA program with at least 2 years remaining.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build networks.
  • Structured, analytical, and proactive in driving initiatives.
  • Self-driven with the ability to seek guidance when needed.
  • Team player with resilience under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Experience with Survey Monkey and Azure DevOps is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Azure DevOps dashboards for PI planning sessions for D365FO and AX2012 ERPs.
  • Monitor testing status of releases in Azure DevOps and report to management.
  • Create and refine internal communication content and design presentations.
  • Facilitate periodic stand-up meetings and assist with event planning.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance communication and streamline tasks.

Education

  • Enrollment in a higher education program (BA or MA level).
