Job summary

This position involves supporting the HSE & Transformation Program team within a global organization focused on safety and resilience. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment, with a minimum 12-month student contract.

Qualifications

  • Must be in the final semester of a Bachelor's degree with plans to start a Master's degree at a Danish University.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Highly structured and systematic approach to tasks.
  • Proficient in Office365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the HSE & Transformation Program with communications, learning & development, and stakeholder management.
  • Support the execution of global safety and resilience campaigns across the organization.
  • Conduct research and gather data through surveys and interviews for various projects.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for team meetings and stakeholder interactions.
  • Manage and update the team’s social media accounts and online presence.
  • Coordinate team events, meetings, and activities.
  • Be open to taking on new responsibilities and learning new skills as required.

Skills

  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Team player who thrives in a changing environment.
  • Knowledge of current tech trends, including AI, and their application in daily work.
  • Understanding of security, HSE, or business resilience is a plus.

Education

  • Final semester of Bachelor's degree, intending to pursue a Master's degree.

Tools

  • Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI (advantageous), social media platforms, SharePoint.
