Job summary

This role involves supporting the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Team by ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of GRC documentation. The position is designed for a student who can commit 12–20 hours per week and offers hands-on experience in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., business, law, economics, information management, history or similar).
  • Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Structured and methodical working style.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Word and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance of policies, processes, and procedures in Microsoft Word.
  • Clean and consolidate documents for clarity and compliance.
  • Upload and maintain documentation in SharePoint libraries.
  • Apply correct metadata and tagging in accordance with the Document Management Framework.
  • Update the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system (e.g., RISMA).
  • Support automation efforts and maintain the governance dashboard for reporting.
  • Assist in continuous reporting and improvements within document and quality management systems.
