Job summary

This role involves supporting the Facility Management team in ensuring smooth daily operations across the workplace. The Student Assistant will assist with practical tasks related to office facilities, supplies, and event coordination.

Qualifications

  • Must have completed Upper secondary education (STX, HHX, HTX, HF)
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English
  • Danish driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily operational tasks in facility management, including supplier coordination
  • Manage office facilities such as meeting rooms, storage areas, and first aid kits
  • Order, restock, and maintain office supplies and shared equipment
  • Provide practical support for workshops, seminars, and events
  • Maintain shared resources like the company pool car

Skills

  • Outgoing and approachable, able to work collaboratively
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills
  • Proactive and engaged, willing to take on various tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Education

  • Upper secondary education (STX, HHX, HTX, HF)

Tools

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiarity with IT systems and AI tools (preferably Co-pilot)
