Job summary

This position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in eCommerce and digital operations within a global organization. The Student Assistant will support the team in delivering effective online experiences across various digital channels, focusing on maintaining core eCommerce operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Digital Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
  • Interest in eCommerce and digital business processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data.
  • Familiarity with CMS, PIM, or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product and operational data across various systems and dashboards.
  • Assist with site merchandising tasks, including content checks and product updates.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and update requests.
  • Support omni-channel and fraud and payment processes with operational tasks.
  • Identify and report inconsistencies in data or systems.
  • Contribute to documentation and process materials.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the team as needed.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ownership of tasks and follow-up to ensure quality completion.

Education

  • Enrollment in a Nordic university is required.

Tools

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with digital tools and systems is beneficial.
