Job summary

This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in eCommerce and digital operations within a global context. The role involves supporting the maintenance of core eCommerce operations, including site merchandising and payment processes, while collaborating with team members to enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Digital Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate work.
  • Structured and organized approach to handling operational tasks.
  • Interest in eCommerce and digital business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product and operational data across various systems and dashboards.
  • Assist with site merchandising tasks, including content checks and product updates.
  • Ensure timely handling of data entry and update requests.
  • Support omni-channel activities and fraud/payment processes.
  • Identify and report inconsistencies in data or systems.
  • Contribute to documentation and process materials.
  • Provide ad hoc support based on team priorities.

Skills

  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data.
  • Familiarity with CMS, PIM, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Education

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Excel, PowerPoint, CMS, PIM, and other digital tools.
