Responsibilities

  • Coordinate course logistics, schedules, materials, and stakeholder communication
  • Manage digital learning platforms such as Learn and Miro
  • Support teaching staff, guest speakers, and partners
  • Maintain course content and administrative workflows
  • Process and visualize data, improve processes, and develop automation solutions
  • Contribute to quality assurance and continuous course development

Skills

  • Experience with digital learning platforms (e.g., Learn, Miro, Teams)
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization
  • Familiarity with automation tools and workflow creation
  • Knowledge of programming or software development
  • Understanding of AI tools and applications
  • Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management

Education
