Student Assistant – Change Management

Job summary

This role involves supporting change management activities within an international organization, focusing on employee engagement and digital transformation. The Student Assistant will collaborate with various teams to facilitate the adoption of new working methods.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Business Administration, Communication, HR, Organizational Psychology, Change or Project Management, Digital Transformation, Learning and Development, or a related field.
• No prior change management experience required, but a strong motivation to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing change plans, stakeholder analyses, and change impact assessments.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, and documentation.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates.
• Create communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and surveys.
• Support employee engagement activities and workshops.
• Coordinate training schedules and evaluations.
• Collect and organize data related to surveys and training.
• Prepare dashboards and monitor change milestones.
• Schedule meetings and follow up on action items.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree program.

Tools

• Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) are advantageous.
