Student Assistant (Aviation Security)

Job summary

This position offers a unique opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in aviation security and compliance while working closely with a senior leader in the field. The role involves supporting personnel security, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives within a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at a Danish university, with at least two years remaining in studies.
• Preferred fields of study include Security Management, Risk Management, Law, Aviation Management, or similar disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track Enhanced Background Checks (EBCs) and related personnel security requirements.
• Coordinate with employees, managers, and Human Resources to ensure timely completion of security screening activities.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
• Support compliance monitoring, reporting, and data analysis activities.
• Assist in dashboard development and performance tracking using Excel and Power BI.
• Help develop and maintain aviation security awareness and e-learning materials.
• Provide general support to the Head of Security on governance activities and projects.
