Student Assistant – Analytical Generalist (Commercial Excellence, Hillerød)

Job summary

This role involves gaining practical experience in a dynamic global company while studying. As a Student Assistant in the Commercial Excellence team, you will support systems, data, and processes that enhance the commercial organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a Danish higher education institution with at least 2 years remaining.
• Field of study may include business, economics/management, analytics, psychology, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with enterprise/sales operations systems (CRM, CLM, BI) is beneficial.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work across cultures and time zones.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic finance understanding and problem-solving skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support key commercial platforms including CRM, contract management, and reporting tools.
• Create user guides and training materials; assist in onboarding and user enablement.
• Maintain data quality and contribute to dashboards and insights.
• Document and enhance operational processes (work instructions/SOPs).
• Plan and execute a self-driven project focused on commercial processes and tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across regions and departments; present project progress and results.
• Provide ad hoc support to the Commercial Excellence and customer-facing teams.

Education
