Job summary

This role involves supporting strategic initiatives within a global organization, specifically in the Hearing Care business sector. The position focuses on collaborating with senior leadership and various functions to drive strategy execution across multiple markets.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (e.g., Business, Economics, Marketing, Data or similar) with 2–3 years remaining in studies.
  • Previous experience in a student job is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Provide project planning support for strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in developing project deliverables, including analyses and capability blueprints.
  • Prepare executive presentations for senior management meetings.
  • Track progress on strategic initiatives across global functions.
  • Offer executive support and handle ad hoc tasks for the strategy and projects team.

Skills

  • Strong interest in data, structure, and problem-solving.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently while seeking assistance when needed.
  • Enjoyment of collaboration across teams and countries.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.

Education

  • Enrollment in a Danish University is required.

Tools

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and project management methodologies is beneficial.
