Job summary

The role involves leading the commercial architecture for a transition from traditional accounting tools to an AI-first business model. The Strategy Principal will define the economic model for software, focusing on monetization strategies that capture the value generated by autonomous AI agents.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Tier 1 Strategy Consulting or as a Monetization and Pricing lead in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of recurring revenue models and value-based packaging.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and data synthesis.
• Proven executive presence to guide senior stakeholders through strategic transformations.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic decision-making by structuring complex commercial questions into clear, evidence-based processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure strategy execution.
• Implement a rigorous, data-driven approach to monetization, utilizing experimentation and customer insights.
