Strategy Principal (SaaS, Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on leading the commercial architecture for a transition towards AI-driven business models in a SaaS environment. The Strategy Principal will address the challenges of evolving pricing models and monetization strategies while maintaining high gross margins and ensuring a smooth transition for a large customer base.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Tier 1 Strategy Consulting or as a Monetization and Pricing lead in a high-growth SaaS platform.
• Deep understanding of recurring revenue models and value-based packaging.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and data synthesis.
• Proven executive presence to guide senior stakeholders through strategic transformations.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic decision-making by structuring complex commercial questions into clear processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to implement high-level strategies.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to monetization, conducting experiments and gathering customer insights.

Education
