Strategy Partner (Senior Leadership, Remote)

Job summary

This senior leadership role involves partnering with the Chief Operations Officer to drive strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional projects within the organization. The position requires a forward-thinking leader who can navigate a dynamic environment and effectively communicate the Operations strategy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant professional experience, particularly from a top-tier management consultancy.
• Extensive background in Operations, with additional experience in FMCG or Retail being advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the COO and leadership team to advance the Operations strategic agenda.
• Challenge and support the COO in decision-making processes.
• Simplify and communicate the Operations strategy for broader organizational understanding.
• Prepare materials for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
• Ensure progress on strategic initiatives and maintain clear documentation of actions.
• Lead a team of 6-8 strategy professionals and contribute to talent development within the Strategy & Transformation team.
