Strategy Partner (On-site, Billund)

Job summary

This leadership role involves partnering with the Group Chief Operations Officer to drive strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional projects. The position is based at the Global Headquarters in Billund, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant professional experience, particularly from a top-tier management consultancy.
• Experience in Operations, with additional experience in FMCG and/or Retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the COO to advance the Operations strategic agenda.
• Challenge and support the COO and leadership team in decision-making.
• Communicate the Operations strategy effectively to senior leadership.
• Prepare materials for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
• Ensure progress on strategic initiatives and manage leadership team meetings.
• Lead a team of 6-8 strategy professionals in driving cross-functional projects.

Skills

• Strong strategic mindset with excellent quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills for developing presentations for senior leadership.
• Ability to navigate between strategic discussions and operational details.

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
