Strategy Manager (Business Banking)

Job summary

The role involves shaping and executing the strategic agenda for Business Banking, focusing on small and medium-sized corporate customers. The Strategy Manager will work closely with the leadership team to drive high-impact initiatives and contribute to strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business development, or corporate development roles, preferably from top-tier management consulting or financial institutions.
• Proven ability to structure and solve complex strategic problems using both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Familiarity with banking and financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market, customer, and competitor dynamics to provide strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to the design and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with business leaders.
• Develop analytical frameworks and KPIs to track performance and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with various teams to align strategic priorities across the organization.
• Prepare high-quality materials for senior management discussions.

Skills

• Strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in working with large datasets; experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex topics clearly to senior audiences.

Education
