The role involves leading the execution of strategic initiatives within the Business Development & Portfolio Management area, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in managing projects or transformations.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and tools.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a small team or direct reports.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Commercial Strategy, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy execution program roadmap and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
• Drive cross-functional coordination and resolve blockers in a timely manner.
• Translate strategic priorities into program briefs, project charters, milestones, and benefit maps.
• Drive delivery across workstreams in partnership with functional owners and track leads.
• Maintain an overview of progress, risks, blockers, and benefit realization across all workstreams.
• Ensure documentation standards and governance compliance.
• Identify program impacts and design appropriate adoption measures with functional leads.
• Develop a communication plan to keep the organization informed and engaged.

Education

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Commercial Strategy, or a related field.
