Job summary

The role involves working as a Strategy Consultant within Value Engineering, focusing on data-driven value articulation, business cases, measurement frameworks, and financial modeling for clients in various industries. The consultant will support executive-level decision-making and large-scale transformation programs for leading global companies.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant master’s degree in business administration, strategy, marketing, finance, or related field
• Experience in complex stakeholder environments at a global level

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases, measurement frameworks, financial models, and KPI reporting
• Create new and improved assets, tools, and methodologies
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define value architecture and business goals
• Analyze baseline data and performance insights to build commercial strategies
• Craft and deliver presentations, roadmaps, and recommendations for executives
• Lead workshops to identify business value and strategic insights
• Promote value engineering approaches internally and externally
• Support client teams and commercial growth initiatives

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business case and financial modeling capabilities
• Experience in financial modeling for loyalty programs preferred

Education

• Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
