Job summary

This position is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain practical experience in corporate strategy as a Strategy and Transformation Coordinator. The role involves working closely with experienced colleagues to support internal stakeholders and management functions, while taking ownership of individual tasks and minor projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (final years) or a master's degree (first year) in business, technology, strategy, innovation, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and execution skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Danish is a plus).
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently and in teams, supporting senior roles.
  • Interest in strategy, consulting, IT, digital technologies, and management.
  • Curious and creative mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate various projects across business units and markets with senior teammates.
  • Participate in planning, preparation, and follow-up of executive meetings.
  • Support the design and execution of strategy initiatives.
  • Execute communication related to strategy and transformation.
  • Develop presentations for top management.
  • Prepare data and conduct data analysis on projects.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is an advantage).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (final years) or master's degree (first year) in a relevant field.
