About the role

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Go-to-Market Operations team to ensure the smooth functioning of the Ads business in Northern Europe. You will contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, providing critical insights through analytics and ensuring alignment of goals across functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years in a technology or consulting firm, or equivalent experience in product management, finance, corporate strategy, or sales operations.
  • Experience in sales or marketing with a focus on pragmatic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with executive leadership, offering unbiased perspectives on business challenges and opportunities.
  • Oversee sales planning for the region, including setting annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and managing quarterly activations.
  • Lead sales enablement initiatives, focusing on operational excellence, capability development, and coaching.
  • Establish structured governance for management teams and support high-impact communications, such as regional Town Halls.
  • Manage or assist with initiatives across various markets and functions, ensuring stakeholder alignment within EMEA sales enablement communities.

Skills

  • Strong ability to identify business issues and opportunities, considering customer needs and creatively developing solutions.
  • Proven capability to lead operational and strategic initiatives and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate priorities into actionable steps.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.

Tools

  • Familiarity with analytics tools and sales enablement platforms is preferred.
