Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced analytical qualification preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in a commercial, strategy, or business intelligence role within medical devices or a related healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with healthcare procurement and reimbursement systems in the Benelux and/or Nordic regions.
• Strong background in market intelligence or competitive analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or a Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary market intelligence resource for the regional team, providing insights on competitor activity and market trends.
• Develop and maintain intelligence frameworks and dashboards for commercial leadership.
• Manage the regional tender process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
• Create and enhance a centralized tender library with relevant materials.
• Conduct post-tender reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Promote the use of AI-powered workflows within the team.
• Assist in strategic planning by preparing market analyses and business case frameworks.
