Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing commercial decision-making and market intelligence within the CRDN division, specifically for the Benelux and Nordic regions. The position involves collaborating with various teams to drive tender excellence and support strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced analytical qualification is a plus
  • 3–6 years of experience in a commercial, strategy, or business intelligence role within medical devices or a related healthcare industry
  • Understanding of healthcare procurement and reimbursement systems in Benelux and/or Nordic regions
  • Strong background in market intelligence or competitive analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency with AI tools
  • Highly organized and process-driven, capable of managing multiple workstreams under deadline pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch, French, or a Nordic language is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary market intelligence resource for the regional team, providing insights on competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and reimbursement trends
  • Design and maintain intelligence frameworks and dashboards for commercial leadership
  • Own the end-to-end regional tender process, coordinating input from various functions
  • Build and improve a centralized tender library with response templates and clinical evidence summaries
  • Conduct post-tender reviews and win/loss analysis to refine strategies
  • Lead the adoption of AI-powered workflows within the team
  • Support strategic planning cycles with market sizing analyses and competitive assessments
