Job summary

This role involves working closely with the Northern Europe CEO and a team of former top-tier strategy consultants to drive AI-driven transformations for major clients in the Nordics. The position requires a blend of commercial execution and strategic leadership, focusing on high-value opportunities and engaging with C-level executives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or 3+ years post-MBA.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to identify and address gaps independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into clear narratives.
  • Executive presence and confidence in C-suite discussions.
  • Passion for the Enterprise Software industry and AI advancements.
  • Drive for commercial success in high-impact environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the commercial strategy for accounts, identifying high-value opportunities and prioritizing autonomously.
  • Collaborate with customers to envision how AI can transform their business processes and create compelling narratives for board-level discussions.
  • Develop and defend investment theses, analyzing business value drivers and securing executive buy-in.
  • Engineer complex deal structures and articulate long-term strategic and financial value to customers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, delivering visionary propositions for critical technology and business decisions.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and narrative-building skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AI and Enterprise Software tools is advantageous.
