Job summary

This interim position focuses on leading and supporting sourcing activities within the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) category of Global Indirect Procurement. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive procurement excellence and implement strategic initiatives that enhance savings, contract coverage, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain, economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in stakeholder management across diverse functions and cultures.
• Ability to work with quantitative data to develop business cases and validate opportunities.
• Structured, proactive approach with strong initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities, including contract follow-up and supplier performance management.
• Execute category initiatives aimed at driving savings and sustainability.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and optimize Total Cost of Ownership.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Implement new processes and monitor performance through reporting and supplier reviews.
