Job summary

The Strategic Sourcing & Partner Manager will oversee supplier partnerships and ensure supply chain efficiency to support the organization's mission. This role involves developing category and supplier strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Supply Chain/Procurement, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and partner management, particularly in technology or defense sectors.
• Familiarity with category management, supplier risk, and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and supplier strategies based on demand and risk analysis.
• Negotiate complex contracts and long-term agreements with international suppliers.
• Manage an annual savings pipeline and collaborate with various departments to achieve cost reductions.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPI frameworks and handle escalations effectively.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP/BI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
• Resilient and collaborative, capable of navigating conflicts while maintaining relationships.
