About the role

Job summary

This role is focused on leading the Strategic Revenue Management agenda for two markets, developing and executing revenue growth strategies to maximize profitability and drive value creation. The position is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Strategic Revenue Management or similar roles within the FMCG or CPG sectors; additional experience in Sales and Demand is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a background in data modeling, financial analysis, and business case development.
  • Proficiency in SRM tools, analytics platforms, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and optimization of pricing, price-pack architecture, promotional effectiveness, and trade terms to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to generate actionable insights on consumer, customer, and competitor behaviors, translating findings into clear recommendations.
  • Ensure the implementation of SRM initiatives and track progress against established targets.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
