Job summary

This role involves leading complex IT programs with a focus on Cloud governance and delivery management within a financial services context. The Strategic Project Leader will ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements while managing stakeholder expectations and project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading complex IT programs, particularly in Cloud governance and implementation.
• Strong background in defining structured governance and facilitating program steering with senior leadership.
• Ability to translate Cloud platform roadmaps into actionable delivery plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly in coordinating multi-cloud deliverables (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong financial and resource management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced presentation skills, especially with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, resources, and risks.
• Facilitate governance activities and ensure compliance with internal rules and regulations.
• Monitor and report on delivery progress, proactively identifying and escalating issues.
• Promote a strong delivery culture and adherence to change processes.
• Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure predictable and transparent delivery.
