Job summary

The role involves leading complex IT programs, particularly focusing on Cloud governance and delivery within a technology-focused environment. The Strategic Project Leader will be responsible for managing delivery activities, facilitating governance, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading complex IT programs, especially in Cloud governance and Landing Zone implementation.
• Strong background in defining structured governance and facilitating program steering with senior leadership.
• Ability to translate Cloud platform roadmaps into executable delivery plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly in coordinating multi-cloud deliverables (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong financial and resource management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced presentation skills, particularly with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and financials.
• Facilitate governance activities and approval processes, ensuring compliance with internal rules and regulations.
• Monitor and report on delivery progress and risks, proactively identifying and escalating issues.
• Promote a strong delivery culture and adherence to change processes.
• Champion change initiatives and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Education
