Job summary

This role involves serving as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders within a global People & Culture team, focusing on enhancing business performance through people-driven solutions. The position requires collaboration with senior management and global HR colleagues to translate business strategies into actionable HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate global functional business strategies into HR initiatives that support business goals.
• Manage the development and optimization of the organization in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Oversee annual People & Culture cycle activities.
• Ensure succession planning for critical positions to build organizational strength.
• Advise business leaders on organizational design and capability building.
• Coach executives on leadership development and act as a trusted HR partner.
• Provide guidance on employee behavior, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

Competencies

• Master’s degree in a relevant business or HR field.
• Extensive experience in strategic HR advisory within a complex, global environment.
• Proven ability to work independently with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and process implementation aligned with business objectives.
• Proficiency in talent and succession management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• High professionalism and ability to engage with leaders.
• Trusted advisor with a consultative approach.
• Effective communicator with the ability to inspire across all organizational levels.

Additional information

This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, with approximately 15 travel days expected annually.
