Strategic Architect

Job summary

In this role, you will build and sustain long-term relationships with OEM customers, leading the development and execution of complex programs while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will focus on driving technology adoption and enhancing customer partnerships to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Industrial Automation products, systems, and solutions
• Familiarity with applications and market trends in core industries
• Extensive expertise in designing, developing, and implementing discrete or process PAC systems

Responsibilities

• Foster strong technical and professional relationships with customers to drive technology adoption
• Participate in customer development cycles for key applications
• Facilitate customer engagements with business units to align product developments with customer needs
• Define future product and service requirements to enhance value for both the company and customers
• Analyze market trends to provide insights on potential new solutions
• Maintain records of significant activities and milestones using best practices
• Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure task completion
• Mentor peers in areas of expertise

Skills

• Strong project management skills, including team leadership and performance monitoring
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively across various organizational levels
• Technical leadership in collaborative engagement activities
• Willingness to travel within EMEA and occasionally globally

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Engineering, or equivalent
