Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of KPIs, sales reports, budgeting, and workforce management
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety standards
  • Familiarity with store operation routines including delivery and inventory management
  • Fluent in English
  • Good understanding of employee relations best practices

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer service through styling advice and product knowledge
