Staff Software Engineer (AI CICD, Remote)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Over 10 years of experience in software development
• Expertise in containers, artifact registries, Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies
• Experience in building and securing CI/CD systems
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) or a strong willingness to learn quickly
• Familiarity with AI tooling and a passion for applying it to complex challenges
• Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and ability to work independently while proactively seeking assistance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of features from design through implementation, rollout, and iteration, collaborating closely with Product and front-end teams.
• Tackle ambiguous problems and proactively find solutions without waiting for complete specifications.
• Contribute to a product-driven roadmap with defined deadlines, helping prioritize trade-offs and iteratively ship products.
• Extend the company's AI foundation into customer-facing product experiences across the entire product suite.
• Provide a strong technical perspective on architectural decisions and foster collaboration within the team.

Education
