Job summary

The role involves shaping the policy environment for healthcare innovation with a focus on EU health and life science policy. The Specialist will monitor policy developments, translate them into actionable insights, and represent the organization in discussions with stakeholders across the European policy ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Experience in health, healthcare, or life science policy, particularly within the European context.
  • Familiarity with EU policy and institutions, preferably with experience in Brussels or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of EU legislative processes and the European policymaking landscape.
  • Ability to analyze policy developments and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Knowledge in areas such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and health data.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess policy developments affecting innovation and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to develop and communicate policy positions.
  • Engage with stakeholders including EU institutions and industry associations.
  • Contribute to discussions that influence the future of brain health and the life science sector.
