Sourcing Specialist (Procurement)

Job summary

This role focuses on sourcing within a project-driven environment, supporting engineering projects by securing critical suppliers, components, and services. The Sourcing Specialist will collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure timely delivery of quality materials at competitive terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement.
• Proven experience in sourcing technical products, components, or services.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Background in project-based or engineering-driven organizations.
• Structured and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities for electronic components and related technical services across multiple projects.
• Drive supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
• Manage supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation actions to ensure project delivery.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement on category management and sourcing strategies.
• Align sourcing priorities with project requirements through close cooperation with internal stakeholders.
• Support the development of procurement processes, tools, and methodologies.
