S&OP Specialist

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by preparing and facilitating monthly reviews, collaborating with local sales markets and operational supply teams, and driving data analysis for process optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with S&OP processes, including cross-functional reviews.
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset in supply chain management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Degree in Supply Chain Operations, Management, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, facilitate, and drive monthly S&OP reviews with structured dialogue and stakeholder involvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather data, analyze trends, and present insights.
• Enhance content and interaction during local S&OP reviews.
• Support teams in understanding demand and supply priorities and translating them into actionable plans.
• Utilize analytical skills to drive process improvements and strategic insights.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings to management.
• Implement and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

Skills

• Strong analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with demand planning is advantageous.

Education

• Degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Operations, Management, or Business.

Tools

• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
