Solutions Engineer (SaaS, Europe)

Job summary

This role involves acting as a technical and consultative partner to sales teams, helping large clients understand and leverage the platform's value during the sales process. The Solutions Engineer is responsible for translating customer needs into tailored solutions, ensuring technical success and facilitating deal conversions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (e.g., German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Danish, Swedish).
• Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical advisory roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong technical foundation with knowledge of APIs, web integrations, and SaaS architecture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Experience in managing multiple sales opportunities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to identify customer needs and integration requirements.
• Develop scalable solutions that align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Deliver customized demos and presentations to showcase the platform's value.
• Lead pilot programs to validate functionality and integration before contract signing.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, addressing technical challenges.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure solution integrity.
• Maintain documentation for proposed solutions and integration requirements.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business field.
