Solutions Engineer (Remote)

Job summary

As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical expert for enterprise partners in Turkey and the EMEA region, facilitating both technical and business discussions. You will support existing customers and assist in onboarding new partners, ensuring a smooth integration with the company's API services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role, preferably in API or SaaS environments.
• Proficient in REST APIs, SDKs, and software integration workflows; hands-on experience with tools like Postman and Grafana.
• Native or business-level proficiency in Turkish and business-level English.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of Turkish business culture.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and relationship management for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams on pre-sales discussions and solution design.
• Guide new customers through API integration and onboarding processes.
• Act as a liaison between local partners and the global engineering team, translating requirements as needed.
• Create support materials and documentation, including Turkish-language resources.
• Coordinate with local regulators and vendors to ensure compliance with regional requirements.

Skills

• Strong technical acumen in API integration and customer support.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects independently.

Education

• Relevant technical or engineering degree preferred, but not mandatory.

Tools

• Familiarity with APIs, WebSockets, Postman, Grafana, JSON, and documentation tools like OpenAPI.
