Qualifications

• Valid driving license in Denmark
• Preferred experience in break/fix, IT, and mechanical repair
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware maintenance
• Basic networking skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• High mechanical and electrical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform minor repairs on various equipment
• Ensure customer operations remain uninterrupted through effective maintenance
• Manage customer issues until resolution in line with service agreements
• Travel within the assigned territory, carrying necessary tools and equipment
• Work independently with minimal supervision
