Solutions Engineer (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves bridging the gap between technical discovery and business value for a cloud platform. You will work closely with the sales team to architect solutions that address complex infrastructure challenges for prospective customers, ensuring that technical architecture translates into long-term success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and deploying production applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including networking, high availability, and database tuning.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in navigating AWS and API design.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements to win new business, including discovery sessions with CTOs and delivering solution designs.
• Serve as a technical authority through demos and architecture deep-dives, addressing performance and security needs.
• Manage evaluations and production pilots, ensuring a smooth transition from trial to production.
• Guide the buying journey by translating technical success into business ROI and managing security reviews.
• Provide actionable product feedback based on field insights and represent the company in the developer community.
• Develop tools and processes to scale sales operations effectively.
