Solutions Architect (Remote)

Job summary

The role of a Solutions Architect involves collaborating closely with sales teams to provide solutions and support throughout the sales process, from pre-sales to post-sales engagements. This position requires a deep understanding of the company's product offerings and the ability to engage with customers and partners effectively.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with hypervisor technologies from various vendors, including VMware, Microsoft, and RedHat.
• Hands-on experience managing large and complex datacenter infrastructure operations.
• Familiarity with major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficient in relational database software.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages for automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting to groups, both virtually and in person.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
• Self-starter with a quick learning ability for new technologies.
• Project management skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and logical mindset.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support sales opportunities by engaging with sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Create architectural designs and participate in large-scale proof of concepts and post-sales deployments.
• Provide subject matter expertise on the company's product suites to various stakeholders.
• Develop documentation such as whitepapers, best practice guides, and competitive analyses to support sales efforts.
• Actively contribute to community forums and represent the company at technical presentations.
