About the role

Job summary

This role involves serving as the first dedicated Solutions Architect within the Sales organization, focusing on enterprise sales cycles. You will engage in technical discussions with prospects, design integration architectures, and establish the pre-sales architecture function.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within an enterprise SaaS environment, preferably in HR Tech or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM.
  • Proven experience in designing API-based integrations and data flows, including REST and OAuth.
  • Familiarity with provisioning systems (ServiceNow, Okta) and procurement platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba).
  • Knowledge of enterprise security requirements and cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical conversations during enterprise sales cycles, providing immediate answers to prospects' inquiries.
  • Create and document integration architectures that facilitate customer workflows.
  • Define and communicate the integration story for AI capabilities within the platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation Services to ensure technical requirements are met and documented.
  • Develop playbooks and technical collateral for the Solutions Architecture function.

Skills

  • Ability to engage with various stakeholders across HR, Procurement, IT, and Finance.
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and commercial.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a technical or business field is preferred, but not explicitly stated.

Tools

  • Familiarity with integration tools and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi is advantageous.
