Job summary

The role of Solution Lead involves acting as a key liaison between customers, project managers, and implementation teams to deliver solutions that enhance passenger predictability and flow management technology. This position requires a blend of customer engagement, technical consultancy, and project delivery, focusing on optimizing passenger flow and improving operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solution delivery, implementation consulting, or technical project delivery within software, analytics, or operational technology sectors.
• Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret and communicate insights from datasets to diverse audiences.
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management and customer interaction.
• Familiarity with SQL, databases, or data-driven systems.
• Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical partner to project managers, defining project scope and identifying risks.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer operational requirements and challenges.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Design and validate solutions for passenger flow and data collection that provide operational value.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and project teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
• Act as the key technical contact throughout the project lifecycle for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Advise on hardware deployments for effective data collection.
• Promote best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.

Skills

• Experience with passenger flow, queue management, or operational analytics is advantageous.
• Background in high-volume operational environments such as aviation or transport is a plus.
• Familiarity with time-series datasets and analytics platforms like Tableau or Power BI is beneficial.
• Knowledge of sensor technologies, including cameras and LiDAR, is a plus.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
