The Soft Services Lead is responsible for enhancing workplace services and driving innovation to create a thriving environment for employees. This role involves managing day-to-day operations and collaborating with external service partners to ensure a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications

  • Operational experience in food service, catering, or a similar field.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and service delivery agreements.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement in workplace experience and facility services.
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert for assigned responsibilities.
  • Oversee daily operations and lead an external team with a focus on employee well-being and motivation.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, including vendor management.
  • Ensure effective communication of changes impacting employees and partners.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to create engaging content.
  • Ability to foster structure, energy, and momentum within teams.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in facility management or related fields preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with facility management software and tools for operational oversight.
