Site Technology Lead

Job summary

The role involves overseeing the IT landscape for a new facility, ensuring that all technology is scalable, secure, and compliant. You will be responsible for leading the integration of IT and operational technology (OT) in a regulated environment, managing service partners, and ensuring daily operations are audit-ready.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior role in a regulated setting.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure for new or expanding facilities.
• Strong expertise in network architecture, including segmentation, routing, switching, wireless, and security.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as data integrity, ISO27001, and good manufacturing practices.
• Experience in managing service providers and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and OT readiness for new facility build-outs, including cleanrooms and labs.
• Own cybersecurity controls and secure configurations for facility integrations.
• Oversee the implementation of IT and OT architecture at the construction site and in future designs.
• Manage daily IT/OT operations, including troubleshooting, patching, backup, disaster recovery, and lifecycle management.
• Direct managed service partners, ensuring compliance with standards and service quality.
