Site Technology Lead

Job summary

The Site Technology Lead is responsible for preparing the IT landscape for a new facility, ensuring all systems are scalable, secure, and compliant. This role involves overseeing IT and OT architecture, managing service partners, and leading daily operations to maintain audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior role within a regulated environment.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure for new or expanding facilities.
• Strong expertise in network architecture, including segmentation, routing, switching, wireless, and security.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as data integrity, ISO27001, and good manufacturing practices.
• Experience in managing service providers and ensuring adherence to SLAs and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and OT readiness for facility build-outs, including cleanrooms and labs.
• Own cybersecurity controls and secure configurations for facility integrations.
• Oversee the implementation of site IT and OT architecture, including network and infrastructure.
• Manage daily IT/OT operations, including troubleshooting, patching, and disaster recovery.
• Direct managed service partners to meet standards and service quality expectations.
