Job summary

The role involves overseeing offshore projects, ensuring operational execution and resource coordination while maintaining high safety and quality standards. The Site Manager will work closely with project teams to facilitate communication and manage logistics effectively.

Qualifications

  • Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the wind industry
  • Advanced knowledge of construction/service management processes and local legislation
  • Ability to obtain GWO and country-specific Construction Medical check certification
  • Proficient in Office 365 and SAP, with strong IT skills
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

  • Manage offshore and project operations, ensuring teams have necessary resources and tools
  • Provide operational leadership, setting expectations for safety and quality
  • Oversee technical planning of service orders, ensuring timely lifecycle management
  • Manage logistics, ensuring readiness of vessels and resources
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with operational planning
